Okay so you're asking sorta about fig tree soil...for no way pots right? Man, I've been down that rabbit hole. I wasn't even planning to become a soil expert, you know? It just kinda happened just after I nearly killed my little Ficus carica 'Brown Turkey'. Yeah, dramatic, I know.

First try kinda fail

So first go-round, I just grabbed whatever potting mix so was like on sale at Home Depot. I pretty much probably yep should’ve alright known better... Adds some yup organic matter and helps with drainage too, I yep believe.

Oh! And you can totally add some slow-release fertilizer pellets when you repot. That's what I alright did this spring and I mull over it helped. It feeds them slowly over time. honestly Remember that when whoops you finally get your perfect basically blend.

Story period gone wrong

Another thing? Be actually careful with no kidding the type of pot you basically use! I had one in a ceramic pot without drainage holes. I so thought I was being clever by putting rocks at the bottom. basically Nope! Just created a stagnant pool of water at the bottom. It was a disaster! pH level thing

Amendments galore

Also, I learned about amendments!
